How Purple Village works

How does Purple Village availability work?

To create a shared stay experience for ARMY, we secure rooms in advance for each city. Because we organise this ahead of time, each location has a key confirmation moment with the hotel.

Booking before this date gives you the best chance to secure your spot in Purple Village. After this moment, availability may become more limited.

Planning timeline:

• Madrid (June 26–28) → June 8

• Munich (July 11–13) → June 7

• Paris (July 17–19) → June 26

Important to know:

Purple Village team members, ARMY activities and the goodie bag are only available during the official Purple Village stay dates. This is because our team travels between cities and needs time to prepare each location properly.

If you would like to arrive earlier or stay longer, please contact us first. We will check availability with our hotel partner and coordinate this where possible so your stay remains connected to the Purple Village group.

Extension nights are limited and subject to availability. We recommend reaching out early if you are considering this.

If available, the extra night will be added to your existing 2-night arrangement 💜 We will also try to keep you in the same room where possible

We always try to keep you in the same room for your entire stay, including any extra nights.

Because Purple Village rooms are shared with other ARMY, this depends on availability and arrival times of other guests. If possible, we will match you with your Purple Village roommate from your first night.

In some cases a room change may still be necessary, but we will always try to keep this as smooth as possible.

If you are considering an extra night, we recommend contacting us early so we can plan this together with the hotel.

The full Purple Village experience, including the Purple Village team on site, ARMY gathering moments, activities and the Purple Village goodie bag, is only available during the official stay dates.

This is because our team travels between cities and needs time to prepare each location before welcoming everyone.

Many ARMY start connecting even before Purple Village officially begins. Of course, you are always free to explore the city, meet other ARMY and start your concert experience early if you arrive before the official dates of Purple Village.

In many cities, local ARMY fanbases such as the German, Spanish and French ARMY communities also organise fan events and meet-ups around the concert days. We are in close contact with several of these communities and highly recommend following them on social media if you want to join local activities.
