We’ve been wanting to write this update for a while.
But between full-time jobs, family life, kids, and building Purple Village in every free moment we have…life has been life-ing 😭
And through all of it?
We kept swimming.
Through the chaos. Through the late nights. Through the setbacks, pivots, spreadsheets, and “what did we get ourselves into?” moments.
And here we are...just a few months away from BTS tour starting in Europe and we are welcoming ARMY in Madrid, Munich and Paris at Purple Village.
Typing that still feels unreal.
Because what started as a “wait… what if we actually did this?” idea…
is now becoming something real.
Our first European Purple Villages are officially taking place in Madrid, Munich, and Paris. And I honestly still have moments where I sit there staring at my screen like:
Wait… this is real???
Purple Village is really happening.
Not gonna lie… we had no idea what we were getting ourselves into 😭
When we first started this journey, we believed in the concept with our whole hearts.
But building something like this from scratch?
For ARMY? Across multiple cities in Europe? Around one of the biggest comebacks in recent BTS history? Yeah…
There were late nights. Endless emails. Negotiations. Planning calls. Moments of excitement. Moments of panic.
And more than one moment of: “Why did we think this was a normal idea?”
Not everything went as expected.
There were setbacks. Disappointments. Stressful moments. Plans that had to be changed. Things that looked simple on paper but turned out to be anything but simple in reality. But every single challenge taught us something.
And every setback made Purple Village stronger.
So yeah…
we kept swimming. This comeback makes everything feel even bigger
We all know ARMY travels.
If there’s even a tiny chance to see BTS live,we will somehow make it happen 😭
But this tour?
This one feels different.
For some ARMY, this will be another beautiful BTS memory added to the list.
But for so many others…
This will be:
their first BTS concert ever
their first time seeing OT7 live
their first time hearing the fanchants in person
their first purple ocean moment
This comeback feels bigger than just a concert.
It feels like coming home. A chapter we have all been waiting to turn together.
And ARMY is coming from EVERYWHERE 🌍
When we started planning Purple Village Europe, we thought maybe mostly European ARMY would join.
Nope.
You all absolutely stunned us.
We have ARMY joining from:
Hong Kong
Denmark
The United States
Portugal
........................................
And every time we see a new booking come in from another country…
We just stare at each other like:
“Are you seeing this?!”
Truly…Jinjja 진짜 unreal.
Because Purple Village may be happening in Europe…But the community showing up for it is global. Still blows our minds.
Because yes, ARMY travels for BTS.
But knowing so many of you are choosing to trust our little dream to be part of that journey?
That means more than we can put into words.
Purple Village is always about one thing
Community.
Not just having a place to sleep.
But having a place where:
you wake up on concert day surrounded by people who get it
people who understand why your hands are shaking while doing your makeup
why you can’t eat because you’re too nervous
why hearing the soundcheck from outside the venue might send you into tears 😭
That is what Purple Village was always meant to be.
A place where you may arrive solo…
but never feel alone.
Thank you, truly
Purple Village exists because ARMY believed in it.
Because you saw what Purple Village could become. Because you believed, just like we did, that strangers connected by BTS never stay strangers for long.
And now?
Because of you…
this dream is becoming real. That is because of all of you, us as ARMY.
This was never just ours.
It belongs to every ARMY who believed in it, shared it, booked it, supported it, and saw the magic in what it could be.
So truly…from the bottom of our hearts:
Thank you for believing in Purple Village. Thank you for believing in us. Thank you for being part of this with us.
We seriously cannot wait to experience this with you.
