CITY-SPECIFIC BOOKING & CANCELLATION TERMS

Purple Village – Madrid

Location:  Generator Madrid  
Stay: 2 nights

These city-specific terms apply to Purple Village Madrid and form an addition to the general Purple Village Terms & Conditions. In case of differences, these city-specific terms take priority.

1. Payment 

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking 

  • Your booking is confirmed immediately after payment 

  • No additional payments are required later 

 

2. Cancellation by the guest 

  • Free cancellation until 15 March 2026, 23:59 CET

  • After 15 March, a refund is only possible if the room or bed can be successfully reassigned to another guest 

Changes in travel plans, illness, or personal circumstances do not qualify for a refund. 

 

3. Rooms types  

For Purple Village Madrid, the following room types are available: 

• Deluxe Twin Room  
• 4-bed Room 
• Family Room for 4  
Every room has a private bathroom (ensuite)

Occupancy overview 

  • Twin room: 2 guests per room 

  • 4 bunk bed dorm room: 4 guests per room

  • Family Room -  4 guests per room

4. Rooms preference

​Guests may indicate room sharing preferences at checkout. Preferences are taken into account where possible but cannot be guaranteed.

 

5. Check-in & check-out 

  • Check-in: from 14:00 

  • Check-out: until 10:00 

Exact details will be confirmed in the booking confirmation email. 

 

6. No-show & late arrival 

  • If a guest does not arrive the booking is considered a no-show and no refund is possible 

  • If you inform us in advance of a late arrival, your room or bed will remain reserved 

  • Missed nights or hours are not refundable 

 

7. Additional information 

  • Hotel house rules apply during the stay 

  • Local taxes and mandatory hotel fees are included unless stated otherwise
