CITY-SPECIFIC BOOKING & CANCELLATION TERMS

Purple Village – Munich

Location: NH Munich Messe
Stay: 2 nights

These city-specific terms apply to Purple Village Munich and form an addition to the general Purple Village Terms & Conditions.
In case of differences, these city-specific terms take priority.

 

1. Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking

  • Your booking is confirmed immediately after payment

  • No additional payments are required later

 

2. Cancellation by the guest

  • Free cancellation until 1 April 2026, 23:59 CET

  • After 1 April, a refund is only possible if the room can be successfully reassigned to another guest

Changes in travel plans, illness or personal circumstances do not qualify for a refund.

 

3. Rooms & occupancy

  • Purple Village stays are based on shared accommodation with fellow ARMY. 

  • Bookings are made per bed, per person, for the duration of the stay. Guests will always share a room with other Purple Village guests. 

  • Room assignments are coordinated by Purple Village. 
    Guests can share their room preferences during checkout, and these will be taken into account as much as possible. Final room arrangements depend on who is staying at the same time. 

  • By completing a booking, the guest acknowledges that the stay involves sharing a room with other ARMY. 

  • Rooms are private 2-person hotel rooms

  • Rooms are suitable for 2 guests

 

4. Room sharing preference

  • Guests may indicate room sharing preferences at checkout. Preferences are taken into account where possible but cannot be guaranteed.

 

5. Check-in & check-out

  • Check-in: from 15:00

  • Check-out: until 12:00

Exact details will be confirmed in the booking confirmation email.

 

6. No-show & late arrival

  • If a guest does not arrive the booking is considered a no-show and no refund is possible 

  • If you inform us in advance of a late arrival, the room will remain reserved

  • Missed nights or hours are not refundable

 

7. Additional information

  • Hotel rules apply during the stay

  • Local taxes and mandatory hotel fees are included unless stated otherwise
