Once payment is completed, your Purple Village stay is secured.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. You can cancel for free until 15 March, with a full refund.
After that, a refund is only possible if your room can be reassigned to another guest.
The cancellation terms listed for Madrid apply and take precedence over the General Terms & Conditions for all locations.
Are there any extra fees?
Zero hidden costs. All hotel taxes and fees are included unless stated otherwise.
