CITY-SPECIFIC BOOKING & CANCELLATION TERMS

Purple Village – Paris

Location: Generator Paris
Stay: 2 nights

These city-specific terms apply to Purple Village Paris and form an addition to the general Purple Village Terms & Conditions.
In case of differences, these city-specific terms take priority.

 

1. Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking

  • Your booking is confirmed immediately after payment

  • No additional payments are required later

 

2. Cancellation by the guest

  • Free cancellation until March 15

  • From March 16 onwards, bookings are non-refundable

  • After Marcg 15, a refund is only possible if the room can be successfully reassigned to another guest

Changes in travel plans, illness or personal circumstances do not qualify for a refund.

 

3. Rooms types  

For Purple Village Paris, the following room types are available: 

  • Deluxe Twin Room  

  • 4-bed Room 

  • 6-bed Room

  • 8-bed Room

Every room has a private bathroom (ensuite)

Occupancy overview 

  • Deluxe Twin room: 2 guests per room - 2 single beds

  • 4 bunk bed dorm room: 4 guests per room

  • 6 bunk bed dorm room: 6 guests per room

  • 8 bunk bed dorm room: 8 guests per room

4. Bed preference

  • Guests may indicate a bed preference (double bed, twin beds or no preference)

  • Bed preferences are not guaranteed and are subject to hotel availability

 

5. Check-in & check-out

  • Check-in: from 14:00

  • Check-out: until 10:00

Exact details will be confirmed in the booking confirmation email.

 

6. No-show & late arrival

  • If a guest does not arrive and does not inform Purple Village or the hotel, this is considered a no-show and no refund is possible

  • If you inform us in advance of a late arrival, the room will remain reserved

  • Missed nights or hours are not refundable

 

7. Additional information

  • Hotel rules apply during the stay

  • Local taxes and mandatory hotel fees are included unless stated otherwise
