From the moment you book, we’ll guide you step by step so you can focus on the excitement, meeting fellow ARMY, and getting ready for BTS weekend together.
1. Booking Confirmation
After completing your booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your stay details and booking information.
2. Guest Details Form
May – June
Closer to your stay, we’ll ask you to complete your guest details for hotel check-in and roommate matching.
This includes:
